Pool Construction Process
From the first site visit to the final handover, our pool building process is seamless, professional, and designed around you. Here’s how we bring custom concrete pools to life across the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
Initial Consultation & Quote
We’ll meet with you on-site to discuss your vision and pool design. After assessing your space and needs, we’ll provide a detailed quote. Once you approve, we’ll send over a contract, deposit invoice, and payment schedule to get things started.
Plans & Approvals
Our team will take care of the necessary plans, engineering approvals, and certifications, including QBCC insurance, ensuring everything is in place before work begins.
Excavation
Once permits and approvals are finalised, excavation can begin. Our team will carefully prepare the site, shaping the area for your new pool.
Structural Framework & Plumbing
We’ll install the steel reinforcement and internal plumbing, forming the foundation of your pool’s structural shell.
Concrete Shell Application
The pool shell is sprayed with high-strength concrete, giving it its final shape. It will need approximately four weeks to properly cure before the next phase.
Tiling, Coping & Compliance
This stage includes installing coping and waterline tiles. Fencing must also be completed (either by us or arranged by you) and will require inspection by our Certifiers to ensure it meets safety regulations.
Filtration System Installation
We’ll set up and install the pool’s filtration system, ensuring it’s ready to keep your water clean and clear.
Interior Finish
The interior of your pool is completed with either a pebblecrete or tiled finish, giving it a smooth and polished look.
System Startup & Final Checks
We’ll start up the system, test all components, and conduct a thorough handover, ensuring you’re comfortable with pool maintenance and operation.
